Machete[]
In Machete, he assisted Michael Booth into finding and killing Machete, by that he killed Padre Benicio del Toro.
Machete Kills[]
In Machete Kills, it is revealed that God had cursed him for what he did in the previous film, and plans to make it up to Machete for what he did, he is asked by the Network to help end Voz's plan, as he is the only one who can disarm Mendez's heart, though the plan failed when Voz shot the heart, he successfully gets even with Machete by sacrificing himself to save him from getting shot by Voz.

Greek form of the Egyptian Asar which is of unknown meaning. In Egyptian mythology Osiris was the god of the dead and the judge of the underworld. He was slain by his brother Seth, but revived by his wife Isis.
